ADR Warranty
Every ADR robot sold includes a 5 year warranty as standard. Consumable parts are excluded e.g drives, cables etc which are covered within a standard 12 month warranty period.
Standard Return to base warranty
ADR (UK) provide an extensive return to base 12-month warranty for our full range of duplicators,
printers and packaging solutions. For customers requiring extended warranty and on site support ADR (UK)
offers a range of options.
Extended Return to base warranty
12-month warranty is included with ADR (UK) Systems products and includes repair, labour and carriage back to the
customer site (delivery to ADR (UK) Systems is not included).
Exemption List
The following items are considered consumable parts for ADR Products:
- Drivers
- Flat Cables
- Printer heads and caddies
- No cover is available for the above items
RMA ~ Returns Procedure
No returns will be accepted without filling in the RMA form and obtaining an authorisation code for returns.
Reseller Support
Unlimited technical support will be provided to registered and approved resellers of ADR. Telephone & Email support will be provided on an unlimited and free basis during normal working hours.
End User Support
As this website does not take end user orders directly, technical support must be first directed to the reseller, from whom you purchased your system. If we are requested by the reseller to contact you on their behalf, we will of course assist.
Defective Drives and DOA
In the unlikely event that a system arrives with you in anything but perfect condition, we will of course assist you to resolve the matter swiftly. Defects and damage must be notified to us within 3 working days of receiving the goods, so we can initiate any courier claims that may be necessary. Any DOA (Dead on Arrival) equipment must be notified to us via our RMA form which will then be swapped out under warranty. Hardware issues are unlikely, but in the event of a problem arising, we will be swift to assist you in resolving the problem.
